2019 Softball Evaluations Date

**Due to the weather, the Evaluation date has changed to February 23, 2019

Little League requires players to attend at least one evaluation for Divisions where teams are formed by draft. All Softball players Little League Aged 9-12 must attend our evaluation. This includes players registered at AAA, Coast, Majors, and 12-year olds wishing to evaluate up for Juniors.

Players aged 13 and 14 (Juniors) please drop in any time between 9 AM to Noon to get sized for a jersey and submit your uniform number request. Also, if you are interested in helping as a volunteer for National Honor Society hours, please contact Barbara Trulson at playeragent.softball@kirklandnational.com to get details on when to arrive and assigned a task on-site.

All players attending evaluations must be registered in KNLL to be covered by our league insurance.

Failure to attend an evaluation session could result in a player's forfeiture of league eligibility for the season.

At Coast and higher, when there is more than one team, KNLL uses its best efforts to form teams of parity. To do so, we must evaluate all players intending to be pitchers and catchers during the season in addition to evaluating those players at fielding grounders and pop flies, throwing, hitting, bunting, and running. Evaluation scores are then used to determine at which Division players will play and then draft order to build teams of parity.

This year's Evaluation will consist of KNLL players only.
